The Brief

A fragrance manufacturer needed
one system for everything.

A Mumbai-based fragrance manufacturer was running production, quality control, inventory, compliance, and client management across disconnected spreadsheets and paper-based processes.

They needed a custom ERP built specifically for the fragrance industry — with IFRA/allergen compliance baked in, real-time shop floor tracking, weighing scale hardware integration, and a two-way SAP Business One sync.

Existing off-the-shelf solutions covered none of this. iSocialize Technologies built it from scratch — engineered across our Mumbai and Berlin teams over 10 months.
