We never change bank details by email or message

Payment questions
Do you require a deposit before starting work?
Yes. We usually take 30–50% upfront depending on scope, with the rest split across agreed milestones. The full payment schedule is in the contract before any work begins.
Which currencies do you accept?
Indian rupees (INR) for clients in India, euros (EUR) for European clients and US dollars (USD) for American clients. Invoices are issued in your currency with the tax details you need.
Do you provide GST invoices for Indian clients?
Yes. Indian invoices include our GSTIN, PAN and SAC codes and follow Indian GST rules, with 18% GST where it applies.
How long do transfers take?
India: NEFT and RTGS the same day, UPI instantly. Europe: SEPA the same or next business day. USA: ACH usually 1–2 business days. Always add your invoice number as the reference.
Can I pay in milestones?
Yes, that is our standard. You pay as deliverables are completed and approved, according to milestones written into the contract before we start.
Is an NDA signed before the project starts?
Always. We sign a mutual NDA before detailed discussions at no cost, and provide an Article 28 GDPR data processing agreement to EU clients as standard.

Can I pay from another country?
Yes. The Indian account accepts international SWIFT transfers, the EU IBAN accepts SEPA from any EEA country, and the US account accepts domestic ACH. Ask us if you need wire instructions for your country.
