The 6-Phase Engagement
Every project follows the same transparent process. No phase is skipped.
First Contact
You reach out via form, WhatsApp, or email.
- We reply within 2 hours during business hours (MonโSat, 9 amโ7 pm IST).
- No sales pitch. We start by asking questions to understand your situation.
- If your inquiry is outside our scope, we'll tell you honestly and point you in the right direction.
Free Scoping Call
30โ60 minute call with Shreyas.
- We dig into your goals, constraints, current systems, and timeline.
- You get honest feedback โ including if we're not the right fit for your project.
- No consultant-speak. We'll tell you what is realistic and what will actually move the needle.
- Zero pressure. No follow-up sales calls unless you ask.
NDA + Fixed Proposal
We sign an NDA before you share anything confidential.
- You receive a line-item fixed-price proposal with: scope definition, deliverables list, milestone schedule, payment terms, and timeline.
- Fixed price means fixed price. If we underestimated, the cost overrun is ours โ not yours.
- You approve, request revisions, or walk away โ no pressure at any step.
- Typical proposals go through 1โ2 revision rounds before sign-off.
Contract + Kickoff
Contract signed. Work begins.
- GitHub repository created and shared with you on day 1. You have read access from kickoff โ no black-box delivery.
- Kickoff call to align on communication channels (WhatsApp / Slack / email), meeting cadence, and the first milestone.
- You meet the actual developers working on your project, not account managers.
- First milestone target is agreed and committed to in writing.
Build
Weekly progress demos. You see working software every week.
- Not status updates โ working demos. Real screens. Real functionality.
- Milestone payments only when you have seen and approved the work.
- Questions, concerns, or change requests are addressed within 24 hours.
- All code committed to your repository in real-time โ you can see progress any time.
Delivery + Warranty
Final delivery with a 60-day warranty.
- All code pushed to your repository or handed over exactly as agreed in the contract.
- 60-day warranty: bugs within the agreed scope are fixed at no cost.
- Full documentation, deployment notes, and handover call included.
- Optional: ongoing maintenance retainer for updates, security patches, and feature additions.
What you can always expect
These are not aspirations. They are guarantees.
GitHub Access from Day 1
Read access to your repository from kickoff. Every commit is visible. No black-box delivery, ever.
Fixed Price, Always
The quote is what you pay. If we underestimated the work, that is our problem to absorb โ not a change request.
Direct Communication
You talk to the people building your product. Not account managers. Not project coordinators filtering your feedback.
Honest Feedback
If something you have asked for is a bad idea, we will tell you โ before we build it. We'd rather lose a line item than watch you waste money.
What we expect from you
Great projects are a two-way street. Here is what makes engagements successful.
Availability for weekly 30-min calls
One call per week keeps the project on track. It prevents weeks of drift in the wrong direction. Skipping calls is the single biggest cause of project delays.
Feedback on deliverables within 48 hours
When we share a milestone for your review, we need your input within two working days. Delays in feedback delay delivery โ it's that direct.
One clear decision-maker on your side
Committees are expensive. If four people review every screen and disagree, that is a scope issue. We need one person who can say "yes" or "no" and have it stick.
Tell us early if something is wrong
If you're unhappy with direction, tell us in week 2 โ not week 8. Early concerns are easy to fix. Late surprises are expensive for everyone.
Common questions
Straight answers. No corporate hedging.
Ready to start?
Fill in the project enquiry form and we will respond within 2 hours. Or message us directly on WhatsApp โ whichever is easier for you.
No commitment, no sales pressure. Just an honest conversation about your project.
