Referral questions
Do I need to be a client to refer?
No. Anyone can refer. If someone you introduce signs a project with us, you earn 7% of that first project, up to ₹1,00,000 or €1,000.
How does the referral link work?
When someone opens your link, we remember it on their device for 90 days. If they send an enquiry or book a call in that time, your referral code is attached to it automatically and we credit you.
What if they already know iSocialize?
The introduction has to be new. If they have already been in touch with us directly, it will not count, but we always check with you first if there is any doubt.
When and how do I get paid?
Within 14 days of the client's first payment. We pay by bank transfer or UPI in India, and by SEPA transfer or PayPal for Europe and elsewhere.
Is there a limit on how many people I can refer?
No. Each signed project earns its own reward, up to ₹1,00,000 or €1,000 per referral.
What about later projects from the same client?
The reward applies to their first project. If they become a long-term client, we may offer a further thank-you, but that is not guaranteed.
Is the reward taxable?
In India, referral fees may be subject to TDS depending on your situation. In Germany and the EU, normal income rules apply. Please check with your CA or tax adviser, as we are not tax advisers.
