1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing isocialize.co.in or engaging iSocialize Technologies for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

iSocialize Technologies provides custom software development, mobile app development, web application development, cybersecurity consulting, compliance services, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are defined in a written proposal or agreement signed by both parties.

3. Fixed-Price Contracts

Where a fixed-price contract is agreed in writing, the price will not change unless the client requests additional scope ("change request"). Any change request will be quoted separately in writing before work begins. iSocialize will never invoice for work not agreed in advance.

4. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of all custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for their project.
• iSocialize retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, and methodologies used in delivering services.
• Open-source components remain subject to their respective licences.
• iSocialize may reference the project in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

5. Confidentiality

iSocialize will sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before any confidential technical discussion upon client request. All client data, business logic, and proprietary information shared during an engagement is treated as strictly confidential and is not shared with third parties.

6. Payment Terms

• Payment schedules are defined in the project agreement (typically milestone-based).
• Invoices are issued in INR for Indian clients (GST applicable) and USD/EUR for international clients.
• Late payments beyond 15 days of due date may incur a 2% per month interest charge.
• iSocialize reserves the right to pause work on accounts with overdue invoices.

7. Warranties and Liability

• iSocialize provides a 60-day warranty on delivered software for bug fixes within the agreed scope.
• iSocialize is not liable for issues arising from client modifications to delivered code after handover.
• Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim.
• iSocialize is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8. Website Use

• The free website security scan tool is provided for informational purposes. Results are indicative and not a substitute for a professional security assessment.
• You may not use our website to transmit spam, malware, or any unlawful content.
• We reserve the right to restrict access to any user who misuses the website or its tools.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. For EU clients, applicable EU consumer protection laws apply in addition.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be notified via email to active clients.
